一、基本情況：

程水源，男，教授，博士生導師。畢業于加拿大Regina大學，獲工學博士學位，現任北京工業大學環境與能源工程學院院長，區域大氣復合污染控制研究北京市重點實驗室主任，國家環境保護“清潔空氣行動研究計劃”總體專家組成員，國家科學技術獎評審專家。在國內外學術雜志發表論文200余篇，其中SCI論文100余篇，主編教材和專著3部。先后主持國家自然科學基金重點項目、“973”、“863”、國家科技支撐項目、國家環保公益專項、“綠色奧運”重大項目等有影響的項目10余項。獲省部級科技進步一等獎、二等獎、三等獎共五項。帶領的大氣污染防治研究團隊于2009年榮獲北京市的科技創新團隊。

二、研究方向

區域大氣復合污染防治、環境規劃管理；環境模型與環境數值模擬；環境達標優化控制新技術；固體廢物處理與資源化。

六、主要研究方向簡介

環境規劃管理與區域大氣復合PM2.5污染防治：本學科方向是在多學科相互交叉滲透的基礎上發展起來的一門新興學科。它是以系統環境為基礎進行區域整體規劃、優化與污染控制的研究。在經濟發展、環境和社會效益分析基礎上，建立高精度環境數值模型預測區域環境質量變化趨勢，研究分析區域生態環境承載力與環境容量，研究大氣復合污染PM2.5形成機制、來源解析、防控策略。在此基礎上，研究制定基于環境、費用為最優的環境質量達標方案，為政府管理部門提供科學決策依據。從而達到優化調整經濟結構和功能區布局、控制環境污染、保護生態環境、改善環境質量，使經濟發展和環境保護相協調，促進區域經濟持續健康發展。
