1974年9月至1977年7月：蘭州醫學院醫學系學習。
1977年8月至1980年8月：蘭州醫學院寄生蟲學教研室教師。
1980年9月至1983年6月：山西醫科大學碩士研究生。
1983年7月至1990年8月：蘭州醫學院講師，研究生科科長。
1990年9月至1991年9月：英國利物浦熱帶醫學院訪問學者。
1991年10月至1995年8月：蘭州醫學院副教授，寄生蟲學教研室主任。
1995年9月至1998年6月：日本山形大學博士研究生。
1998年7月至1999年10月：蘭州醫學院副教授，基礎醫學部副主任，基礎醫學部形態學實驗室主任。
1999年11月至2004年10月：蘭州醫學院教授，副院長，甘肅省新藥臨床前研究重點實驗室主任。
