1、植物激素作用分子機(jī)理。研究生長(zhǎng)素轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)、赤霉素信號(hào)通路的磷酸化與去磷酸化調(diào)控,包括赤霉素信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)中DELLA蛋白穩(wěn)定性的磷酸化與去磷酸化修飾調(diào)控機(jī)理,PINs 蛋白的去磷酸化調(diào)控等。關(guān)于蛋白磷酸酶 TOPP4 通過(guò) DELLA 去磷酸化正調(diào)控 GA 信號(hào)轉(zhuǎn)導(dǎo)的成果發(fā)表在國(guó)際著名遺傳學(xué)學(xué)術(shù)期刊PLOS Genetics; TOPP4去磷酸化PIN1調(diào)控其在細(xì)胞內(nèi)外的極性分布,進(jìn)而控制細(xì)胞形態(tài)建成的成果發(fā)表在國(guó)際著名植物學(xué)期刊Plant Physiology。
