柳偉博士長期從事熱電材料的研究,研究內容包括塊體熱電材料的制備,基于分子束外延技術的薄膜生長,基于掃描隧道顯微鏡的點缺陷結構、表面原子排布和掃描隧道譜研究,基于角分辨光電子能譜的電子能帶結構精確測量,電輸運性能和熱輸運性能的表征,電-熱輸運協同調控新機理等。作為主要成員參與了“973”重點基礎研究課題2項、中美國際合作項目專項1項、國家自然科學基金面上項目1項、德國馬普所研究項目1項和美國能源部研究項目2項。項目申請人以第一作者(通訊作者)和第二作者在Physical Review Letters、National Science Review、Chemistry of Materials、Journal of Materials Chemistry、Applied Physical Letters、Physical Chemistry Chemical Physics 等國內外重要期刊上發表文章30篇,并撰寫專著章節一章。發表文章的他引次數超過600 次,作為第一作者發表在Physical Review Letters期刊(2012, 108, 166601)上的文章他引次數超過250 次且被列為Web of Science 高引用文章。主要文章列表如下:
