國際貿易學系·教師簡介

趙忠秀，經濟學教授，博士生導師，享受國務院政府特殊津貼專家。經濟學博士(對外經濟貿易大學，2000)，經濟學碩士(中央黨校，1991)，經濟學學士(北京大學，1988)。兼任中國世界經濟學會副會長、中國國際貿易學會常務理事、全國國際商務專業學位研究生教育指導委員會委員兼秘書長、商務部時評專家、對外經濟貿易大學國際低碳經濟研究所所長。1997年英國曼徹斯特大學訪問學者，2003年美國密歇根州立大學訪問學者。2007年獲得北京市高等學校教學名師獎，2010年獲得北京市先進工作者稱號。2006年2月至2011年7月任國際經濟貿易學院院長。2011年5月起任對外經濟貿易大學黨委常委、副校長。
