尤著宏，男，1980年8月出生，中科院新疆理化技術(shù)研究所研究員、國科大博士生導(dǎo)師，中科院率先行動(dòng) “百人計(jì)劃”青年俊才候選人。2005年9月-2010年12月，中國科學(xué)技術(shù)大學(xué)碩博連讀，獲工學(xué)博士學(xué)位；2008年6月-2009年12月，美國康奈爾大學(xué)聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士生；2001年9月-2005年06月，湖南師范大學(xué)本科，獲工學(xué)學(xué)士。2012年1月-2013年6月，同濟(jì)大學(xué)計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)與技術(shù)博士后流動(dòng)站，博士后；曾獲人社部“香江學(xué)者”計(jì)劃資助，在香港理工大學(xué)電子計(jì)算學(xué)系從事博士后研究。

尤著宏博士主持或完成國家自然科學(xué)基金項(xiàng)目3項(xiàng)（青年基金1項(xiàng)，面上項(xiàng)目2項(xiàng)），博士后基金項(xiàng)目1項(xiàng)。近年來在《PLOS Computational Biology》、《Briefings in Bioinformatics》、《Bioinformatics》、《Scientific Reports》、《IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics》、《IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics》、《Oncotarget》等國內(nèi)外重要學(xué)術(shù)期刊及國際會(huì)議發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)研究論文90余篇，其中SCI 索引論文69 篇，在ISBRA、IJCNN、WCCI及BIBM等國際會(huì)議上發(fā)表EI論文20余篇。論文累計(jì)影響因子超過200，其中第一作者及通訊作者SCI 索引論文48 篇。以一作或者通訊發(fā)表中科院一區(qū)論文12 篇，以一作或者通訊發(fā)表中科院二區(qū)以上論文33 篇。發(fā)表論文被Annual Review of Biophysics、 IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics、IEEE Transactions on Knowledge and Data Engineering、Behavioural Neurology、Frontiers of Computer Science、Information Sciences、Frontiers in Genetics、Trends in genetics、Briefings in Bioinformatics、Cancer research、Nucleic acids research 等國際著名雜志引用超1000次（Google Scholar），4 篇論文入選ESI 高被引論文。撰寫專著章節(jié)1 章、申請發(fā)明專利5 項(xiàng)。

尤博士目前是IEEE會(huì)員，中國計(jì)算機(jī)學(xué)會(huì)CCF計(jì)算機(jī)應(yīng)用專委會(huì)常委。擔(dān)任Journal of Biological Research、International Journal of Distributed Sensor Networks、Evolutionary Bioinformatics及BioMed Research International 4個(gè)SCI國際期刊的客座編委（Guest Editor），是IEEE Transactions on Industrial Informatics, IEEE/ACM Transactions on Computational Biology and Bioinformatics， IEEE Transactions on NanoBioscience等多個(gè)IEEE Transaction匯刊、Scientific Reports、Neurocomputing、PLOS CB等國際期刊特邀審稿人。作為第二完成人的科技成果“復(fù)雜生物數(shù)據(jù)的特征建模及高效學(xué)習(xí)理論與應(yīng)用”獲得2016年教育部自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)2 等獎(jiǎng)。

主要研究領(lǐng)域及成就：

包括基于圖像的高通量數(shù)據(jù)分析；圖及復(fù)雜網(wǎng)絡(luò)理論及其應(yīng)用；生物信息學(xué)中蛋白質(zhì)相互作用預(yù)測、藥物靶點(diǎn)預(yù)測、microRNA與疾病關(guān)系預(yù)測、疾病相關(guān)的 miRNA-環(huán)境因子組合作用預(yù)測、非編碼RNA大規(guī)模功能類似性網(wǎng)絡(luò)構(gòu)建等。
